CINAGEN, INC. APPOINTS DONALD J. MAYCOTT DIRECTOR OF SALES
Norcross, GA. May 21, 2004 – Cinagen, Inc. announces the appointment of Donald J. Maycott as Director of Sales and Marketing for the company, representing our technology consulting organization.
“Donald Maycott comes to us with 21 years of technology experience in the security, network management and infrastructure industries,” said Robert Duke, Chairman of Cinagen, Inc. Mr. Duke also noted that Mr. Maycott will be responsible for developing direct sales and marketing strategies and will also coordinate the deployment of the consulting organization. “I know he will be a terrific addition to our team,” he said.

Mr. Maycott joins Cinagen from DJM Technology Services where he was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining DJM Technology Services in 2001, he was Vice President of the Consulting Organization, MIS and recruiting departments for Planning Technologies Inc. which was acquired by Red Hat Inc. in 2001. Prior to joining Planning Technologies Inc. in 1997, he was the Managing Consulting for International Network Services an Infrastructure Consulting Company and managed some of the companies’ largest accounts.
