How2Share Technologies Signs International Distribution Deal
with Zio Corporation

PiXPO image sharing software to be bundled with complete line of Zio media card readers
Victoria, British Columbia – April 5, 2004 How2Share Technologies Inc. announced today the signing of their first international distribution agreement with Zio Corporation, makers of the market leading Dazzle brand of digital media card readers. Under the agreement, Zio will include How2Share’s flagship image sharing software, PiXPO™ with their entire line of card readers. Zio expects to begin shipping the PiXPO-enhanced readers in the second quarter of 2004 through its retail distribution network in North America and the United Kingdom.
PiXPO enables users to create private photo albums with one-click, search and browse high resolution images in private or public albums, share photos instantly and chat about them with friends, family and colleagues.
Zio Corporation’s digital media readers, which are sold under the Dazzle and CameraMate brands, are used to speed and simplify the transfer of data between digital cameras, digital camcorders, digital music players, mobile phones, PDAs or other portable devices and PCs or Macs.
